Our Founder: Yerpula Narasiah
Born into a farming family in the village of Pastapur, Yerpula Narasiah’s journey was defined by his deep-rooted connection to the land and a relentless desire to uplift his community. Driven by a natural technical aptitude and a sharp mind for operations, he launched a motor repair business that quickly became a cornerstone for local farmers.

- Industry Leadership: He served as the leading dealer for Texmo Motors in South India for over 25 years, a testament to his unmatched technical understanding and operational effectiveness.
- LPG Distribution: Bringing essential energy solutions to the region.

- Foundation (1984–1995): Launch of Uttam Gardens as Zaheerabad’s premier event venue
- Diversification (1996–2010): Entry into LPG distribution and construction
- Hospitality Renaissance (2011–2018): Launch of 3 Amigos Farm Resort and urban hospitality
- Real Estate & Agriculture Expansion (2019–Present): Mango Groves, large-scale farming, and infrastructure projects
